Whoopi Goldberg went ballistic on a waitress for saying “Merry Christmas.”
The waitress was treated onsite for minor injuries.
Police refused to file a report or charges, calling the waitress’ story “suspicious.
Goldberg’s agent denies the event took place at all.
Police in Chatanooga refused to even take a report from a waitress at Sizzler who says Whoopi Goldberg pushed her down and “punched me in my neck,” according to sources. Goldberg showed up to meet family when Sandy Batt, 11-time Employee of the Month, said “Welcome to Sizzler and Merry Christmas!”
“She was like a mad woman. She was wearing a Santa hat and everything. It’s like she was hoping someone would say it just so she could go off.”
Indeed. This is the 16th consecutive year that Whoopi Goldberg has pulled this stunt and the 14th time someone has been injured. Not once has she been arrested or charged, and her lawyers have won every civil battle. It’s almost like she’s invincible.
Joe Barron, Whoopi’s chief attorney, says the main reason she’s so untouchable is that “none of this ever happened,” whatever that means. It seems that all of the stories are just “rumors and satire.” Even so, shouldn’t she at least be held responsible for the injuries?
It just doesn’t seem fair.

Aw, this was an extremely nice post. Spending some time
