In 2016, then-presidential candidate Donald Trump won a historic landslide election bigly based on a promise to crack down on job-stealing illegal immigrants. The instrument of his promise to voters would be a glorious border wall that would span from the Pacific Ocean to the Gulf Coast.

After several setbacks brought on by a do-nothing congress, the wall was never completed to fruition.  Portions of it now stand as a dismal tribute to the failure of a sabotaged administration.

However, there still remains a strong call from American loving conservatives across the land to finish the project. So, in an attempt to keep his campaign promise of being a “President for all Americans”, Biden has come to a compromise that he hopes will strengthen our southern border while still pandering to the “Green New Deal” crowd. He has proposed a border wall consisting of clean energy creating wind turbines.

Author of the Green New Deal, New York Representative Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, was initially against the compromise, fearing the windmills would make it more difficult for boats of immigrants from her home country of Puerto Rico to make the voyage across the Caribbean Sea.

“Boats often fall victim to the will of the wind. It is my responsibility as a US Representative to ensure safe passage to the United States for immigrants from my home country.”

Her fears were quickly put to rest when Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi showed her a map.

Republican Representative Lauren Boebert of Colorado surprisingly came out in favor of the compromise. Branded “Clint Sheestwood” by her constituents, the gun-toting representative tells us, “Windmills are a great idea. Have you ever tried climbing over a windmill? Well let me tell you, you can’t. Plus, the wind created by the windmills will push all the Mexicans back to Mexico. I fully support a wall made of windmills to protect Colorado’s southern border.”

Nancy Pelosi quickly presented her with the same map she did AOC. It garnered no response.

Even longtime Republican Senator Lindsey Graham voiced his support for the windmill walls.  “For centuries, dikes in Holland have been worked hand in hand with windmills. I have always stood in solidarity with the LGBTQ community here in the US. If the dikes in Holland support windmills, so do I.”

Both Senator Graham and Representative Boebert eagerly await the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) report on the possible cancer threat posed by the ambitious windmill wall project.
