The US Government says Nancy Pelosi spent $104K on alcohol and alcohol-related things. The list includes 71 bottles of Jack Daniels, 14 bottles of Johhny Walker Green Label, 18 cocktail parties for House Democrat leadership, and 119 bottles of Moet champagne.
the news comes from the non-partisan Central Unified National Trust System, which tracks the expenses of every member of Congress. Pelosi’s alcohol bill was, by far, the largest expense by any politician. Her office refused to answer our request for comment, as usual.
Other big expenses from Congress came from Democrat Senators Bernie Sanders, who handed $410K to illegals in Vermont to build a commune for their weird religion, and Chuck Schumer, who gave $209K to his nephew to start a medical marijuana shop for congressional staffers.
The Republicans spent far less, of course. The largest expense came from Senator Lindsay Graham, who has a fairly extensive wardrobe and wig allowance at $72K, and Congressman Gym Jordan, who spent a mere $41K on gay porn and anal apparatuses. Jordan’s office denies the claim and says it’s all part of an ongoing joke with Representative Lauren BoBo, who may or may not have had sex with that goat.
One thing is for certain, patriots, and that is that the Democrats are spending way too much on frivolous things. A spokesman for the GOP said, “Since we all know they’re morally corrupt, they should be ejected from Congress, charged with treason, have all of their assets seized and then be sent to Gitmo for summary execution after waterboarding. Not necessarily in that order.”
It’s more than likely that none of that will happen, patriots, but the sentiment sure is nice. We can always, you know…pray it’s true. That’s what Jesus would want.
