(Kenosha, WI) – Kyle Rittenhouse won’t have to face the people who tried to kill him or their families in a civil trial in Wisconsin. Judge Art Tubolls of the state’s Superior Court of Writs and Warrants dismissed the charges with prejudice, stating that the young man has already been found not guilty and that this trial is an attempt to change the will of the jury.

The plaintiffs argued that lots of people are found not guilty but still face the scrutiny of the civil court system, quoting OJ Simpson as a prime example. “This isn’t California.” said the judge, “we’re not very liberal with our interpretation of the US Constitution around here.”

Rittenhouse was facing millions in damages if he lost the case, which is likely, considering the jury would be able to hear all the evidence. Now, he has the opportunity to use the ruling as a precedent to go after those who would call him a “murderer.”

High on that list are Whoopi Goldberg, CNN, LeBron James, and Christopher Blair, a liberal troll who keeps making people think Rittenhouse is wealthy with store stories about fake lawsuits.

Rittenhouse says he’s looking forward to putting this portion of his life behind him so he can get back to pretending he’s some kind of public figure people admire.
