Liberals have never shown respect for the Stars and Stripes. They will spit on it, they will burn it, they will wipe their butts with it, they will do anything and everything they can to show their hatred for the flag and all it represents.
It seems, however, that it’s not flags in general that they take issue with. It’s just the American flag. The current American flag.
This became evident as they began their most recent movement to have it changed to “another version” that they claim is “more inclusive and representative of our diversity.“ What they’ve chosen to signify those qualities shouldn’t surprise anyone.
Millions of Democrats across the country, everyone from politicians to homeless people, want to see our glorious red, white, and blue changed to red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet.
In other words, they want the LGBTQ symbol of pride — the rainbow flag — to become their vision of America. This new flag would still hold a corner of stars for the 50 states but the striped portion would be radically changed.
New York Democrat, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, has thrown her support behind this issue:
“People used to call the aboriginal people red and, of course, the white man came to this country and stole it from those indigenous peoples. Red as a word for natives is racist and that is what the red portion of the stripes on the US flag represents. Red and white are symbolic of the population of the country in its beginnings. We cannot have this racist flag being a banner for America. Not anymore.
The rainbow flag, on the other hand, does not signify skin color but rather the brightness and cheeriness in us all. It says that this country contains a little bit of everybody. That is what should be celebrated on our flag poles.”
We all know that AOC is nuts. She is in a category of nuts that is all her own, as a matter of fact. It seems that she has been dragging everybody else on the left down to her level. This flag will never belong to the USA — because this story is a work of fiction.
