According to sources inside the West Wing, the Trump administration will petition the courts to challenge the validity and constitutionality of former President Joe Biden’s last-minute pardons of people who haven’t been charged with a crime.

“What he’s doing is taking away our ability to investigate by superseding potential indictees’ Fifth Amendment rights,” said the source, who may or may not actually exist, “Nowhere in the constitution does it say a president can pardon someone who hasn’t been formally charged.”

What he’s done is created a constitutional crisis. Not in the real world, probably, but definitely in the minds of potatoes who believe anything that makes them all warm and fuzzy for their dictator daddy.

“They’re not very bright,” said someone with a 7th-grade education, “There are no restrictions on pardons, and there’s precedent for issuing them pre-indictment.”

Unfortunately, there are enough of them to make a silly story like this one really go places. If it hits Elon’s cesspool, it will spread like wildfire.

“Pardoning Fauci, Milley, and the people on the panel that investigated Trump protects them from the absolute circus that’s about to happen to our legal system,” said someone with an 8th-grade education.

Let’s hope he’s successful and gets those things overturned, patriots, because prosecuting a guy who spent 50 years serving the American people was the criminal. For sure. God bless America.
