Colin Kaepernick runs a nonprofit that does nothing but protests the national anthem. With millions in donations from leftists eager to destroy America, “Freedom First,” the ironic name the ex-quarterback gave his little foundation buys tickets to professional sporting events and distributes them to traitors across the country. One veteran’s group, however, has had enough.

The Citizens United National Trust Society filed a $40 million lawsuit against Kaepernick and his foundation on behalf of Veteran’s Daily, an organization dedicated to improving the day-to-day routines of disabled veterans, their spouses, and their families. The organization was started by former Senior Airman Brian Kolfage (on his way to prison) but gained credibility when the disgraced felon signed it over to Gary Sinise. Sinise had previously provided the criminal with a free smart home.

The lawsuit states that the Freedom First Foundation focuses on the plight of minorities, which in turn creates discrimination against Caucasian soldiers. Tucker Carlson would call it “replacement theory,” while most would call it “melting pot evolution.” If victorious, VD will take the $40 million and immediately use it to promote White Nationalist causes on Truth Social and Twitter.

Kaepernick responded to our requests for comment with contempt, indicating that while not a bit of the reporting is true, he looks forward to reading the comments. “Eric McRob always says such nice things about me,” said the crybaby, “but I’m still human. The things those boomers say can be truly hurtful.”

You made that bed, Kaep. now grab your potato peeler and sleep in it.
