On January 20th at noon, President Trump was sworn in. By 2 PM, he had signed an executive order re-opening the US pipeline system that has been closed for four years. At 7 AM the next morning, the pipelines went online.
Since then, the flow of crude has added more than 500 million barrels to the depleted national reserves and more than $90 billion to the US economy. That’s what we here at the DKT call “leadership.”
White House Correspondelator Tara Newhole caught up with President Trump and asked him how it felt to save the country with the swipe of a pen:
“We’ve done it, and we’ve done it again, and we’ll do it before if we have to. It’s a beautiful thing to see all the oil. It’s flowing like a magical river of black gold. Like it’s never flowed before. They’re saying the pipelines are so full that they’re bursting at the seams in some places. Not like the water. They still don’t have any water flowing because of the fish. When the fish is more important than the water or the oil. Fracking. They tried to ban it but it’s the most amazing thing. They drill in sideways and extract natural gas and only pollute a little bit of the ground unlike the giant ugly windmills that are crumbling and leaking oil. They have motors to keep them turning when there’s no wind. When there is wind, they kill eagles and whales by the thousands. Majestic animals. Not like the illegals. They’re the bad animals. The ones we don’t want. You have to catch and release. It’s a never-ending challenge.
There you have it, patriots. The pipelines are back and better than ever.
