The United States Court of Appeals for the 14th District has upheld the lower court of the 34th District’s ruling that former President Joe Biden’s pre-emptive pardons of people like Dr, Fauci and Liz Cheney are unconstitutional.
“You can’t pardon a person who hasn’t been charged with a crime,” said District Justice Joe Barron, “It doesn’t make any sense.”
He’s right, patriots. Just ask Richard Nixon and all the people Carter pardoned for dodging the draft. None of those would hold up in a court today, because Mitch McConnell has spent every waking hour since the Nixon administration working to pack the courts with conservative douchebags willing to overlook the law for political gain.
What does that mean for Liz Cheney? Absolutely nothing. Since she’s not in Congress anymore, she can be pardoned like anyone else. Had she still been there, she’d be subject to executive censure, which means the president gets to call her names on social media without repercussions. That’s in Article 5 Section 8 Paragraph 13.
So it looks like Fauci will face the music anyway, since his pardon isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. He faces more than a million murder charges in 14 different countries, and now he’ll have his day in court.
God Bless America.
