Jackson, MS – In a historic legal move, seven Republican-led states have officially charged Dr. Anthony Fauci with a list of alleged crimes, including “reckless overuse of science,” “fraudulent flip-flopping,” and “first-degree mask hoarding.”
Governors from Texas, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, South Dakota, Oklahoma, and Tennessee held a joint press conference, where they announced their lawsuit against “America’s favorite doom-and-gloom doctor.”
“For too long, Fauci has terrorized this nation with his so-called expertise,” said Mississippi’s Attorney General, Buck McGraw. **“We have reason to believe he knowingly changed his mind multiple times—**a clear violation of the Political Consistency Act of 2021.”
Among the most damning accusations in the lawsuit:
- “Unlicensed weather forecasting” – Prosecutors claim Fauci used the phrase “We’re in for a rough winter” without proper meteorological certification.
- “Overprescription of Fear” – Allegedly causing emotional distress by saying things like “Follow the data.”
- “Illegal Gain from Big Hand Sanitizer” – No evidence of this exists, but prosecutors “just have a feeling.”
- “Impersonating a President” – By appearing on TV more than Trump in 2020, Fauci is accused of “running a shadow presidency without an election.”
- “Unapproved Wizardry” – Described as “knowing way too much about viruses,” a crime in at least three states.
Fauci responded, saying, “This is nonsense,” while consulting his attorney, a life-sized cutout of Dr. Deborah Birx.
The trial is set for next summer, assuming the states can agree on whether trials are real or just deep-state theater.
