The pledge of allegiance has been a staple of our lives here in America, from our days in elementary school, through time served in the military, until the flag is folded over our soldiers’ caskets at their funerals.

Now, Nancy Pelosi wants to make significant changes to the Pledge to serve her Socialist, Communist, Marxist, Fascist agenda.

We recently learned about this planned change when our newest intern went undercover to attend one of Democrat Pelosi’s fundraising events, where she told attendees the following:

“Back in 1954, a guy named Rev. George Docherty from Scotland came to America and changed the Pledge to add the words ‘under God’. If some immigrant Reverend from Scotland can change the Pledge, then there is no reason that the Speaker of the US House of Representatives, duly sworn, cannot change it as well.

First, we’re getting rid of that “under God” part because that wasn’t part of the original Pledge, and many Americans don’t believe in God. Secondly, I’m going to change the rest of the wording as follows:

‘I pledge allegiance to the CONSTITUTION of the United States of America, and to the Republic it’s meant to preserve, one nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.’

A lot of right-wingers have been crapping themselves over a damn flag, most of which are made in China by slave labor. How about changing the Pledge to swear allegiance to the REAL soul of the nation?

The flag is a symbol. The US Constitution is the defining achievement of our Republic, the backbone of democracy and the soul of our country. Those clowns seem to forget that in their misplaced butthurt over a piece of cloth.

To hell with you right-wing fascists and your devotion to a rag. Real patriotism is country and Constitution over party and president.

Argue that, you losers!

Clearly, Pelosi’s been drinking again. No one in their right mind would put the Constitution before a flag.

The America we knew is falling apart, piece by piece, bit by bit. How are our school children ever going to learn to respect the most important thing in this beautiful country – our flag?
