Mark Wahlberg Says He’s Taken His Last “Woke” Role: “My Soul is More Important Than any Part in a Movie”

Mark Wahlberg is a gentleman of distinct class.  This is obvious by his roles in classic films like “The Big Hit”, “The Other Guys”, and both of the “Ted” hits.

But another offer has reared it’s woke head, and it’s not so classy.  The Powers That Be have fingered him to be the villain, Joe “Bare Knuckles” Barron in the upcoming remake/reboot of the Dirty Harry movie, “Dirty Harry and the Tokyo Drift”, starring Latino actor Luis Guzman in the lead role.

That’s where “Marky Mark” went ahead and said “Nopey nope”.

While the much-talked about reboot has been the going rumor avalanche in Hollywood, estimated to gross billions, Wahlberg seems content with his status, his religious beliefs, and mostly, his penile replacement procedure.

“I just get so sick of these ‘woke’ productions that don’t add anything except color and sexual orientation to the mix,” said the thespian as he padded the lower site of his future pound-dong.  “I mean, the whole thing was almost ‘Dirty Harriet’, but Charlize Theron said no.”

Wahlberg also makes frequent appearances at his famous “Wahlburgers” restaurant chain where his family works because he won’t simply give them any of his millions upon millions of dollars.

“Those ingrates?” he gasps at the idea.  “The hell with them.  Let’s see if they can make fries right first.”
