Whoopi Goldberg’s ridiculous suit against Kyle Rittenhouse for “emotional distress” is moving forward, according to a source familiar with the matter. Federal Magistrate Joe Barron signed off on the initial writ of filing and issued an order of affidavit for everyone involved. Rittenhouse has 4 days to respond or he loses his right to tell his side of the story.

Goldberg claims her interactions with him during her show’s lawsuit, that paid Kyle $22 million, made her lose sleep at night because he’s “just so ungodly ugly.”

A conservative judge had previously dismissed the case but he didn’t check the “with prejudice” box because he thought that would make him look racist. Judge Harshwargle is a Trump appointee who ran a bagel stand in New York City that sued the former President. The case was dropped suddenly with no reasonable explanation.
