If you haven’t had enough “wokeism” from your television screen yet, just wait until August of 2023.  That’s when View network ABC will release the new episodes of the “classic” television sitcom, Bosom Buddies.

Some of you may remember the cross-dressing show, which starred an early Tom Hanks and some guy named Peter Scoliosis or something, who was never seen again.  But the new version has quite a few new changes for everyone to enjoy.

For one, the starring roles of the Buddies are going to gay actors Joeseph Barron and Jim Parsons, formerly of “Big Bang Theory” fame.  The show has been described by producers as being: “made by, produced by, and marketed to our huge gay market.”

So gay is the show, that it’s already got a lineup of guest stars, including Neil Patrick Harris, Gordon Ramsay, and the Big Woman herself, Tom Hanks.

For those who don’t know or remember, Kip and Henry are two American study men, who, after their apartment building is torn down, choose to live at the “Susan B. Anthony” home, where the rent is cheap.  Trouble is, it’s only for women, so the boys dress in drag for much of the time.

In the new version, the pair play gay sometimes-lovers who are forced to live in a Kibbutz with all straight women.  Two of the lead women are played by gay women Condoleeza Rice and Laverne Cox.

So get ready for something new to View!  Unless you’re afraid, of course.  Or a straight white male.  Then we have Blue Bloods.
