A forensic facial analysis published Thursday by “Genetic Truth Investigators” claims that Chelsea Clinton bears “striking phenotypic similarities” to Josephine Barron-Hubbell, the daughter of former Clinton associate Webb Hubbell, providing what the report calls “conclusive visual evidence” that Hubbell rather than Bill Clinton is Chelsea’s biological father. The analysis, which has circulated through encrypted messaging channels and several elected officials’ Twitter feeds, compares jawline angles, nasal bridge width, and what researchers term “the telltale Hubbell lip curl” to support the three-decade-old conspiracy theory.

The report’s featured image—captioned “Side-by-Side Comparison: Chelsea Clinton (Left) and Josephine Barron-Hubbell (Right)”—displays two photographs that look suspiciously like Chelsea Clinton, with the caption clearing up the confusion, naming  Josephine Barron-Hubbell as the other woman in the image.

“This is the smoking gun,” said Joan Berro, a commercial portrait photographer who once took school photos in Little Rock and now consults on “presidential paternity forensics.” “The resemblance. Is uncanny. Between Chelsea. And Chelsea. Which proves. They’re related. To Hubbell. Through Chelsea. I’ve seen photos. Thousands. Of children. Who look like. Their parents. Or themselves. In mirrors. Which is suspicious. The pixels don’t lie. And neither do the angles. Which are different. But the same person. Obviously.”

The “lip curl” evidence, according to Reno Borja, a dental hygienist who has examined “hundreds of mandibular structures,” centers on “genetic mastication patterns.” “The curl,” Benja explained, adjusting his mask while studying the two photos of Chelsea Clinton. “When she smiles. Or doesn’t. Is identical. To the other photo. Of her. Smiling. Or not. Which proves. Shared DNA. With Hubbell. Through the mother. Or the father. Who is Hubbell. Not Clinton. I’ve seen lips. In X-rays. Of patients. Who are Chelsea Clinton. Allegedly. The enamel doesn’t lie. And neither do the JPEG artifacts.”

Joe Barron, who once successfully identified his own reflection in a funhouse mirror in 2017 and now consults on “comparative familial imagery,” analyzed the photographic methodology. “Same person,” Barron declared from his booth at a Golden Corral. “Twice. Which is brilliant. For evidence. Of paternity. Because you need. Two samples. For comparison. Even if both. Are the same. Sample. I’ve compared photos. Of my ex-wife. To herself. From different years. To prove. She aged. Which she denied. The wrinkles don’t lie. And neither does the metadata. Which says. Both photos. Are Chelsea. Obviously.”

Barron has offered to conduct an independent analysis, provided the investigators allow him to wear his custom “Paternity Truth” loupe and bring his emotional support ferret, which he claims can detect “spousal infidelity from the salad bar, though in this case the ferret is confused because both subjects smell exactly the same, being literally the same person.”

The Clinton Foundation called the report “a recycled conspiracy theory with photocopied evidence,” prompting Barron to note that “recycling is the first stage of confirmation,” calculate that the statement was released at 3:33 PM, and observe that “3 plus 3 plus 3 equals 9, which is the number of months in a pregnancy, divided by the number of actual Webb Hubbell genes present in either photograph, which is zero, because that’s Chelsea Clinton on both sides, which you can tell by the pixels, or basic observation, or the fact that the ‘Rebecca Hubbell’ photo is literally just Chelsea at a different angle with worse lighting.”
