The American legal system has gone through many changes since the time of it’s conception. The constitution, specifically, has been amended several times to account for crimes and unsavory behavior that was once, unheard of.
One of those crimes is the proliferation of “hate speech”, defined as: “comment or conversation in the public square that belittles, gathers threat against, or angrily pursues a person, group, or organization”. It’s right there in the 26th amendment.

Now Twitter CEO Elon Musk is suing celebrity Whoopi Goldberg on charges of hate speech, pertaining to her entire career on TV talk show The View. Musk’s initial filing points to a myriad of charges and people being hatedly spoken against.
America’s Last Line of Defense’s own crack journalist Joe Barron was contacted for a statement about the suit.
“I don’t know what the hell is going on. How do you SUE someone for HATE SPEECH? it’s not in the constitution. There isn’t a ’26th amendment’ and there isn’t a recourse for having someone insult you in public. This may be the dumbest article yet to slime it’s way out of Fallis Gunnington’s brain.”
Gunnington may be counting on conservatives constant paranoia and defiance of “woke” culture to get a reaction. Will it work? He’s often wrong. I’m Fallis Gunnington. Thanks for reading.
