On my show The View, we often discuss the terrible things that a lot of cops do today. They regularly pull over unarmed and innocent men of color, drag them out of their vehicles and, if they’re lucky, beat them savagely within an inch of their lives.
By lucky, I mean they might still live.
Now, if I remember correctly, police were originally contracted to “protect and serve”. Which part of that did Tyre Nichols receive when five barbaric policemen stood laughing and slowly killing him? Go ahead, you can watch it on camera.
This problem has proven itself immune to geography. It happens in New York, Wisconsin, Ohio, Vermont, Florida ; anywhere there’s a police department stacked up with military hardware and lunatics who barely passed the lew enforcement exam. Which, by the way, was dumbed down significantly.
So it’s not the usual “liberals”. What is it? Well, it’s the cops. They can’t be reigned in or “re-trained”. The only real solution is to disband all of their forces. Every last one.
“But there’ll be anarchy, Whoopster!”, as my close friend Joe Barron would say. Yes, there might be a little. But wouldn’t it also function to be the conservative individual’s fervent dream? Complete autonomy? Everyone for themselves?
So put your money where your mouth is, guys. Get rid of the police completely. I mean it can’t get any worse. Can it?
