It’s Valentine’s Day 2023, and the ladies of The View are starting it off with a bang. With the set decorated in hearts and flowers sent by adoring fans, the air of love is almost palpable.
What better way to celebrate the day of love and affection than with jokemaster Kathy Griffin in the house to start your morning? Heading out onto the View’s stage in a stunning red ballroom gown and holding her trademarked severed Trump head, Griffin immediately started the ball rolling.
“Hey ladies! Are any of you named Chapstick? Because I think you’re all THE BALM!”
The audience shrieked with laughter as she sat down and kicked the false noggin off into the Green Room.
“Don’t you people worry about paying rent anymore,” she gushed, leaning back in her chair. “Because you can live in my heart for free.”
A round of applause lit up the studio and Whoopi and Joy took to dancing while music began to stir.
Griffin has experienced some tough times as of late, but seems to have gotten over them as her personality shined on stage. Camera operator Joe Barron was shocked momentarily when she sidled up to him for a quick dance.
“Well, I don’t usually do this, but I’ve always had a crush on you,” he revealed, red-faced.
It was at that point that the actress and comedianne booted him straight in the balls and they all laughed. The end.
