Twitter master Elon Musk may be abandoning his Twitter post in the coming days, but evidence persists to show his continued involvement with the social media giant.  In the tenth circuit court just yesterday, Musk filed a massive two-and a half billion dollar lawsuit against the famed horror author Stephen King.

The suit alleges harassment against the master of Cujo, contending that King’s supposed “wry” and satiric posts critiquing Musk’s performance as Twitter controller-in-chief were made with: “serious and mitigating attitudes” that adversely affected profits and shareholders.

“Mister Musk is very upset with Mr. King’s tweets regarding his management style and activities while CEO of the company,” offered lead Musk litigator Joe Konders.  “He has filed this massive suit as a warning and as a compensstory measure.”

King, on the other hand, replied to the indignation with one of his trademark tweets.

Musk didn’t immediately respond to the veiled insult, but instead, added another hundred million dollars to the suit.  This now brings the total to one hundred million dollars plus whatever I said originally.

With this litigation, that brings the number of people being sued by the Tesla Teapartier to eight, if you count Alissa Milano seven times.  That’s a lot of payback for someone who pretty much literally threw billions of dollars down a bottomless pit.
