What has Joseph Biden done as President that would give him an excellent ranking among his peers? His executive and court appointments count for a lot, as well as his actions regarding student loan debt, the economy, and the pandemic.
That’s why Biden grabs the nineteenth position, just under saint Ronald Reagan at 18, and better than George H.W. Bush at 20. So in your memory, was Biden better than GW? Or even, dare we mention, Donald Trump, who weighs in at third worst in position 43.
Third worst? Well, James Buchanan was no picnic. And Andrew Johnson went ahead and invented getting impeached, only saved from expulsion by one single vote. That vote, of course, was Senator Lindsey Graham.
Nineteen is a fairly comfortable position which can always change through time and after his term officially ends. But third worst is third worst for all time. The only way Trump can actually rise is if we elect the ghost of Hitler, impeach him three times, and let him take us to war with Mars.
